I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Arts, especially appreciating the vibrant decor and the convenient downtown location. However, I did face some challenges with maintenance issues and service inconsistencies that dampened the experience somewhat. Overall, I would consider returning, but I would hope for better room conditions next time.

I recently stayed at Hotel Arts in Calgary and had a mix of experiences. The hotel's location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance, and I didn't need my car at all. However, the pool was closed for renovations during my stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, I faced some issues with the service, particularly at the pool, where I felt taken advantage of. Overall, there were some highs and lows during my visit.

I had an overall fantastic stay at Hotel Arts, with a beautiful top-floor suite featuring a king-size bed and patio view of downtown. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, which enhanced my experience. However, the noise from other guests on the weekends and issues with poolside chair bookings were minor downsides.

My room was large, extremely clean, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the huge shower and the TV in the mirror. The patio offered a lovely view of downtown.

I recently stayed at Hotel Arts and while the location was fantastic for downtown access, the overall experience was a bit mixed. The decor and amenities felt upscale, but the room quality didn't quite justify the price we paid. The dining options were great, though not everything was perfect.

Rooms

My room was reasonably clean, but I found it smaller than expected. it definitely lacked some luxury touches, especially considering the price point. I felt the mattress was just mediocre and the pillows were cheap. A bit disappointing for a higher-end hotel.
